Vitamin C 500 provides a bioavailable source of vitamin C and magnesium, together with bilberry extract. Magnesium ascorbate is buffered which means as a less acid form of vitamin C it is therefore gentler on the stomach.
Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate), Capsule Shell (HPMC), Potato Maltodextrin, Bilberry Extract (Vaccinium myrtillus Berry), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Citric Acid.
One or two capsules taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
