We have created our own blend of 8 botanical extracts including juniper and elderflower along with soft, gently sparkling spring water resulting with a complex and characterful, lightly sparkling aromatic, botanical non-alcoholic Gin & Tonic like drink with quinine added to give a bitter edge.

The drink is colourless and clear with no sediment present. The aroma is of aromatic, botanical juniper with a hint of delicate elderflower & bitter notes of quinine making it reminiscent of gin and tonic. The flavour is a complex combination of aromatic, botanical extracts including juniper and elderflower with a bitter aftertaste typical of tonic water and a clean, crisp finish. A delightfully sophisticated, non-alcoholic alternative to a G&T.
